Aloha,

My name is Daniel Rodgers.   I am originally from the Big Island of Hawaii.   Wellness has always had a huge impact on my life, from growing up on my family’s farm in the Big Island with my brothers and sister, all the way to now as a father and husband.   I believe when you take care of yourself, then you not only will feel better, but you will be able to help others feel better in return.   Health and wellness go hand in hand!   Overall wellness starts from what you put into your body, and how you take care of your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health.   Massage Therapy, in my opinion, is the part of wellness that adds balance to your health, mind, and spiritual wellbeing.   You may be pulled constantly in multiple directions, making it hard to focus on your own wellness.  When you take time for yourself, you avoid getting overly stressed and exhausted.   You are your biggest asset to self care by keeping your body feeling well.   When you add massage to your routine of care, you not only benefit yourself, but everyone else around you.

I have studied a wide variety of modalities, and listening to what you need is most important for customizing a plan that gives you therapeutic relief.   I will work intuitively to produce the best outcome for your long term growth.   My treatments are adapted to you because you are unique.   My passion includes assisting you with discomfort and pain by decreasing aches and tension through touch, and listening to your overall needs.   My goal is to help you live free from pain,  pain that holds you back from living your best version of yourself.   Working on goals helps you do all that you need while you discover feeling uplifted, energized, and relaxed.   My sessions are as important for me as they are for you.   My goal is to make sure that what you want is what you get, and that the outcome of your massages are valuable to you.
